Wize Builders uses culturally relevant communication strategies inspired by Hip Hop culture, storytelling, entrepreneurship, leadership, and real-world experiences to improve youth engagement, participation, retention, and personal connection to the curriculum.

Meet The Founder

Wise Shahid, MBA is the founder of Wize Builders and the creator of the registered WizeticsOS® Life–Business Infrastructure framework.

Growing up, Wise was often told he was intelligent, but behavior, environmental pressures, lack of structure, and life experiences still led him down difficult paths that created setbacks, challenges, and hard lessons early in life.

Through personal growth, education, behavioral-development work, entrepreneurship, leadership experiences, and strategic self-development, he developed a deeper understanding of how mindset, emotional regulation, structure, identity, communication, and long-term thinking can transform life outcomes.

Wise holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA, and also works within behavioral-development environments as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where he helps reinforce executive functioning, communication, emotional regulation, self-management, consistency, and skill-development strategies.

Through Wize Builders, Wise aims to help young people move from survival thinking to strategy thinking while building leadership, discipline, confidence, communication skills, entrepreneurship awareness, and long-term vision.
